Please contact Customer Service, we will be happy to re-create your previous design and assist you with placing an order. It was not possible to transfer order history and saved designs to the new Ribbons Galore designer and web platform.

We have a $10.00 minimum purchase for any order. The minimum quantity varies per product and can be found in the price grid on each product page.

All incoming orders are thoroughly reviewed by a senior customer service rep. They will confirm any questions or concerns with you before approving the order for production. The order processing begins with emailing you an itemized invoice and ribbons previews (for custom orders). Please watch for this communication and review carefully. Your order is now “in production” and we are moving swiftly to ensure your order is completed and delivered on or before your delivery date.
Due to our fast order processing time, changing an order can get complicated. While every effort is made to accommodate change requests, once an order has been released into production additional cost and production time may be required and will be quoted prior to making any changes. Please review your order carefully in the checkout process.

At Ribbons Galore we pride ourselves on quality and customer service. Because of this, we go to great lengths to ensure all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Ribbons Galore accepts returns and will provide a full refund of your payment if we have made an error or you are disappointed with the merchandise. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
Stock item orders which have been filled and delivered as ordered can be returned. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the return less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee ($15 minimum).

Yes, we offer Rush Shipping on custom ribbons and have an extensive line of pre-printed ribbons in stock for quick delivery. Please contact Customer Service if you are concerned about your delivery timeline.

We primarily use a combination of UPS and FedEx. For US addresses outside the lower 48 States we offer a USPS Priority Mail option. Please Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns about delivery of your order.
Yes, your order can be picked up here in Roseville, California. Select the "Pick Up at Factory" shipping option and we will email you when your order is complete. Visit our Contact Us page for our address.
We would love to be able to use your shipping account number, however our software system does not allow us to collect, verify and insert the data needed to use 3rd party or receiver billing for shipping charges.
Premium shipping method delivery dates are guaranteed, receive priority in production, and are often delivered early. If your order is delivered after your guaranteed date you may keep the product and receive a refund for the shipping charges or return the product for a full refund. Please Contact Us for a Delivery Guarantee refund within 7 days from the scheduled delivery date. Certain conditions can void this guarantee. For complete information, see our Guarantee page.

Yes, we ship to all US Territories and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for these orders.

Yes, while designing your ribbons select “Multiple ribbons with the same design and different award titles” in the Options tab. This activates the award title area on the Text tab. Additional award titles can be entered in the Quantities & Variations tab. This feature allows for text and color variations in a single design with quantity discounts. For more extensive changes you will need to create a design for each variation independently.
Type the first letter and hit enter/return on your keyboard, then type the second letter and enter, and so on. Helpful hint: vertical text typically looks best in all caps.
Yes, after entering your text click on the “more tools” button and you will see more advanced text editing tools. Helpful hint: arched text typically looks better in all caps.
Ribbons Galore does not print full color ribbons.
Our ribbon and foil for printing are not manufactured to PMS color standards. You may use a PMS color for reference and we will be happy to show you the closest match we have and provide samples. Please Contact Us.
Yes, however due to the production complexities each variation must be designed independently and the quantities cannot be combined for discounts.
Unfortunately computer screen variables make it impossible for us to 100% accurately show ribbon and foil print colors online. If color is critical to your ribbon, please Contact Us for a color swatch.
The preview provided in the ribbon designer serves as your proof. If the Ribbons Galore team does more than minor optimizing in the review process, we will send a revised preview for approval.
This is a low resolution electronically generated preview image that allows us to show an approximation of how your ribbon will look. Rest assured that our pre-press artist will not approve your order for production if they doubt the quality of the high-resolution output used for printing.
We will center the imprint left to right unless it is obviously represented otherwise in your design. The vertical space is printed to match the preview as close as possible. When in doubt we will leave a touch more margin on top than bottom. If you need a particular amount of space left at the top or bottom please let us know in the special instructions box.
Yes, you can upload an image in the ribbon designer. Please see our Artwork Guidelines section in these Frequently Asked Questions for best results.
Yes, if you have a graphics program you can create a black and white image of the imprint and upload it in our designer.
Best results are achieved with a high resolution PNG image saved in black over transparent background. Artwork should be at least 300 pixels per inch with no gray tones or shading. The black portions of your image will display on the ribbon in the print color you’ve selected. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns about your artwork – we’re happy to help!

We start with a single faced satin acetate ribbon that was designed for the Award Ribbon Industry.
Our ribbon is made with pulp products harvested in US government-regulated forests managed for ecologic sustainability. The timber used to manufacture our ribbon is selectively culled from designated forests destined for replanting so that future generations will enjoy the benefits of our natural environment.
Our satin ribbon is finished with a “starch like” coating which gives it the body required to be printed and finished into beautiful award ribbons. It has what we describe as a sturdy or substantial feeling. This is not a paper-thin floral ribbon or silky soft bridal ribbon. It’s the perfect award ribbon.
We print with highly specialized hot foil stamping equipment that uses a combination of heat, pressure and time to adhere foil to ribbon.
