Ribbons Galore delivers high quality products and we do it on time! If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created online, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised you may return your products for a full refund. All we ask is that you notify Ribbons Galore within 15 days of receiving your custom order and before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately. Guaranteed Delivery Dates

At Ribbons Galore we understand most of our customers need their ribbons for a specific event date. We have the following tools and procedures in place to ensure that your order arrives on time.

  • A quick estimate is available while you are selecting a ribbon style that enables you to view an estimated delivery date & shipping cost. The estimated delivery date includes time for us to fill your order and the time in transit from our California factory to you.
  • During the checkout process you will be given shipping options with Guaranteed Delivery Dates.
  • Your order will be promptly reviewed and you will be notified via within 1 business day if we have any questions or concerns with your order which may require a delivery date reschedule.
  • Upon shipment we send a UPS ship notification via email with your tracking number.


Here is the fine print

We are confident in our ability to uphold our delivery date guarantee. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates on orders with one or more of the following exceptions:

  • Orders delivered to APO/FPO
  • If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to business closure, no one is available to sign or other unforeseen events such as incorrect address given during checkout
  • Shipments delayed due to inclement weather, acts of God, or other natural or world events

The following circumstances can delay your order and require a rescheduled delivery date. You will be notified with the new date once your order has been finalized.

  • Orders paid for by credit card call-in, check or money order
  • Credit Card declined
  • Phone, mail, or fax orders
  • Orders that require art revisions
  • Orders that require additional information or changes after the order has been placed

Please contact Ribbons Galore for a Delivery Guarantee refund within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date. You may keep the product and receive a refund for the shipping or return the product for a full refund.


Returns

Ribbons Galore prides ourselves on quality and customer service; Because of this, we go to great lengths to ensure all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Ribbons Galore accepts returns and will provide a full refund of your payment if we have made an error or you are disappointed with the merchandise. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.

Stock item orders which have been filled and delivered as ordered can be returned. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the return less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee ($15 minimum).
