add a little pizzazz printing a graphic on your ribbons is the answer. Whoever
said "A picture is worth a thousand words" must have had ribbons in mind.

Art Specifications and Submission.
When you select the upload art option you will be given an opportunity to email
your art to us in the checkout process. If you fail to include your art during
checkout your order may be delayed but all is not lost. You may email your art
with your name and order number to our Art Department
The quality of your logo on the finished product will be directly related to
the artwork you provide. Please make every effort to provide us with high quality
digital artwork.
Please review these guidelines when preparing artwork for ribbons.
- Artwork should have clean, sharp, crisp solid black lines on a white background.
- No gray or colored in areas.
- Type must be clean and sharp, not broken up or shaky.
- Font should be 10pt or larger
- Artwork that has less detail will print better.
- We can size your image to the optimal size for your product at no additional
cost.
- Maximum imprint areas can be found in the detailed description of each product.
- If image size is important to you please specify size.
- Please do not send artwork larger than 3” wide.
- If you're using a paint/drawing program please set the resolution to 300 dpi
- Save all files as “curves and outlines”
Acceptable formats TIFF, EPS, and PDF
If digital files are not supplied or are not useable there will be additional
artwork fees and delays in production. Our art department will contact you if
additional fees and or delays apply.

Poor and low quality images produce poor, low quality imprint.

The hot foil stamping process is unable to reproduce any sort of shading.

Clean, black and white images offer the best result with hot foil stamping.

Materials provided to Ribbons Galore for use in producing products must be in
compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, or related laws or acts and
are the responsibility of the customer. Customer assumes full responsibility
for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses,
patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy. Ribbons Galore reserves
the right to request written confirmation of your use agreement.
We reserve the right to determine if submitted art is application ready and
acceptable for our printing process.
