Return Policies:
Please open and review your order as soon as it is received.
Personalized Ribbons:
May not be returned unless an error has been made by Ribbons Galore.
In the event we have made an error, please contact us immediately.
We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Pre-Printed Ribbons:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
- A restocking fee of 15% will be incurred ($15.00 Minimum)

Shipping Policies
At Ribbons Galore we understand most of our customers need their ribbons for a specific event date.
This is why we have developed such detailed shipping information.
| Our website features a built in shipping calculator which will show
an estimated delivery date for your order based on our current
production schedule and method of shipping you choose. The total
weight of your order is calculated during the shopping process. Enter
your zipcode in the field at the bottom of the shopping cart and click
on the calculate shipping button to view your options. You can make
your shipping choice during the checkout process. |

We ask for the date the order is needed so we can confirm the shipping method that you have
chosen will ensure that you receive your order on time.
Your order will be promptly reviewed. The estimated shipping date and delivery date will be confirmed via email.
Ribbons Galore requires a street address for all deliveries. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
When choosing your shipping method, please keep in mind that regular UPS options do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Ground UPS is not a guaranteed service.
All orders to AK & HI will be shipped via 2-Day Air.
All orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via Priority Mail.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery date will be quoted after your order is placed and prior to fulfillment.
Do you only ship via UPS?
We can ship via Federal Express or a carrier of your choice. Please contact
us with the details of your request.
Can I use my shipping account?
Yes we can ship using your account number.
Can you drop ship my order?
Yes, additional service fees may be incurred. Please contact

Free Shipping Policy:
Our free shipping policy is based on prepaid credit card orders over $200.00
in merchandise that will be shipped via Ground UPS within the continental
United States.
Payment Policies:
What method of payment can I use online?
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and government
purchase orders.
Will my order & credit card information be safe over the Internet?
Yes, we use a secure server for credit card processing on our electronic
order form. For more information, please visit our security section.
When is my credit card charged?
When your order is placed with a credit card, our secure system automatically
performs an authorization, but does not bill you (please note, that although
you are not charged, most credit card companies will reduce the amount of
your available funds by the approved amount).
For stock orders that do not require customization, your charge card will
be billed on shipment. For custom or special orders, your charge card will
be billed when work begins on your order.
I am uncomfortable using my credit card for Internet purchases, what are
my options?
You are able to place an order online and phone us with your credit card
information. Simply choose "Credit Card Call-In' as your payment method during
checkout. After you receive your order confirmation with the order number,
call our Customer Service Number at 1-800-919-9200 and provide us with your
credit card information.
Are there any other payment options?
You can prepay with a check or money order. Please note: We do not
begin production or ship your items until payments made by this method have
cleared our bank (typically 10 business days). This payment option will delay
delivery time, and our delivery dates are VOID.

Can I use a Purchase order?
We accept purchase orders from public schools, and government agencies. You
may fax, email or mail a signed purchase order to us with your order.
How much is sales tax?
Sales tax is collected at the current rate of 7.25% for orders shipped to
a California address.
