The Order Process

Place your order in one of the four convenient ways found above.

You will receive an automated order confirmation email.*

A customer service representative will review your order. Once your order has been accepted and processed for production or fulfillment we will contact you via email with confirmation of your ship date and scheduled delivery date.

We fill your order from stock or print and assemble your custom order.

We ship your order and you receive a ship notification with your tracking
number and confirmed scheduled delivery date via email.

Your ribbons arrive! Open and enjoy. A receipt is shipped with your ribbons
and can be found in the plastic pouch attached to the top left hand corner
of the box.
*Communicating with us via email We have found several reasons e-mails
fail to make it to our customers including security and spam settings on your
