We typically set badge ribbons in a Caslon font-all upper case.

9 characters and spaces or less are set in 36 pt on one line.
10-15 Characters and spaces are set in 24pt on one line.
16-30 Characters and spaces are set in 24pt on 2 lines.
30-45 Characters and spaces are set in 18pt on 3 lines.

If you prefer a "sans seriff" type font or upper and lower case please specify in the special instruction box.
